If Current Laws Had Been Followed, There Would Have Been No Waffle House Shooting

 

Once again folks we see another mass shooting tragedy that COULD HAVE BEEN AVERTED if existing Gun Laws would have been ENFORCED.

The culprit here is Surprise, Surprise!  GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY, both at the State and Federal Level.

Too many Gun Laws exist on the books currently that Law Enforcement agencies are tripping over each other regarding state and federal jurisdiction and are utterly confused as to how to enforce them.

What is really baffling to me is how this cycle of flawed thinking continues!

Instead of MINIMIZING and/or CLARIFYING existing gun laws, there will be a call to MAKE MORE GUN LAWS so the cycle will perpetuate itself until the next shooting that could have been easily prevented.

Simple Fact: Less Government will always equal less confusion.

Enforce the Laws on the Books and leave the rest of us Law-Abiding gun owners alone.

Crusader Corner: Christian Patrol in England Marches through Islamic “No-Go” Zone

This is what is happening all over the World, Muslims are assaulting, raping and murdering innocent people, all of them “non-muslims”, with a large majority of them Christians and Jews. These non-muslim “No-Go” Zones exist in islamic neighborhoods all over the world but their existence is denied by “multi-culturalist”; Exibit 1 Below. Soeren Kern, writer for the Gatestone Institute, has been documenting the rise of “no-go zones for non-Muslims” in France and the UK.

“The problem of no-go zones is well documented, but multiculturalists and their politically correct supporters vehemently deny that they exist,” Kern writes. “Some are now engaged in a concerted campaign to discredit and even silence those who draw attention to the issue — often by deliberately mischaracterizing the term ‘no-go zone.’”

Kern contends the Muslims are setting up enclaves in the UK where non-Muslims are harassed by Muslims. “Extremist Muslim preachers — sometimes referred to as the Tower Hamlets Taliban — have issued death threats to women who refuse to wear Islamic veils,” Kern said. “Neighborhood streets have been plastered with posters declaring, ‘You are entering a Sharia controlled zone. Islamic rules enforced.’ And street advertising deemed offensive to Muslims has been vandalized or blacked out with spray paint.”

Kern evidences his claims in his report and also points to video evidence of groups of angry Muslim patrols taking to the streets of London to harass non-Muslims.

Now, one group of British patriots is taking a stand against what it perceives to be the Islamization of the UK. Britain First organized a group of what it calls Christian Patrol to carry crosses on the streets of Luton, in Bury Park, which has a high concentration of Muslim residents.

In a video released by Britain First, the group’s leader, Jayda Fransen, and 25 other members of the group carried white crosses and attempted to pass out newspapers in Bury Park. “This is a British town and we’re proud to be British,” Fransen said. No sooner had they started demonstrating than a group of Muslim men began to hurl insults at the group, cursing and even pushing the protesters.

Daughter of Murdered Oregon Protester Robert “Lavoy” Finicum Speaks Out

The FBI was “hellbent on war.”

Ammon Bundy, the leader of a group of protesters occupying federal land in eastern Oregon, was taken into custody Tuesday night and the group’s spokesman, Robert “Layoy” Finicum was shot dead by law enforcement.

One of Finicum’s daughter’s claims the circumstances surrounding her father’s death make those involved guilty of murder.

The FBI and Oregon State Police arrested Ammon Bundy, 40, his brother Ryan, 43, Brian Cavalier, 44, Shawna Cox, 59, and Ryan Payne, 32, at around 4:25 p.m. local time on U.S. Highway 395, according to Fox News. The group was reportedly traveling to the town of John Day, approximately 70 miles from where their protest is taking place in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, when they were pulled over.

Three others who participated in the the standoff with the federal government over land use were also arrested: Joseph O’Shaughnessy, 45, and Peter Santilli, 50, were arrested in the nearby town of Burns, Ore., and Jon Ritzheimer, 32, turned himself in to the Peoria, Arizona, police department.

The FBI states that all eight men face federal felony charge of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats.

Fox News reports it is not clear what the circumstances were regarding the arrest of Bundy’s group, which resulted in shots being fired and the death of Finicum. The protest group wrote on its Facebook page:

“Levoy Finicum was Shot and murdered in Cold blood today in Burns Oregon by the FBI and State Law enforcement. He had his hands up and was shot 3 Times. This Man Is one of the best Patriots, Husband, Father, Grandfather, friend and Neighbor, that this world will ever know. Spread this far and wide!”

A Facebook account reportedly operated by one of Finicum’s 11 children, Thara Tenney, also said Finicum was cooperating, according to Fox.

“I want the world to know how my father was murdered today,” Tenney’s post said. “His hands were in the air and he was shot in the face by the American authorities. Ammon Bundy reported there are six witnesses to this evil.”

With the group’s leaders in custody, and one dead, it’s unknown whether the occupation will continue to play out over the next hours and days.

ISIS Corner: Dunford calls for Military Action against ISIS in Libya

Dunford said that international military action against ISIS in Libya could be expected within weeks.

Two weeks after Algerian media for the first time reported that something dramatic was about to happen in Libya, it becomes increasingly clear that the West is indeed planning to take the fight against Islamic State in a new way in the North African country.

Digital Journal, a global digital media network with thousands of members, confirmed on Sunday that members of the coalitions fighting ISIS in Syria and Iraq are preparing for an intervention in Libya where Islamic State has made significant gains over the past few months.

The media network cited General Joseph Dunford, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who last week said that he was very concerned about the spread of Islamic State in Libya and that “decisive military action to check ISIS expansion” had become very likely. Dunford said that international military action against ISIS in Libya could be expected within weeks. He warned that if nothing is done, ISIS will use Libya as a beachhead for further expansion into Arab and North African countries.

A meeting in Rome about aid to Libya was apparently used by several world powers to discuss the military options in the war-torn country, which has witnessed increasing chaos and bloodshed since the ouster of Muammar Gaddafi in the summer of 2011.

The German newspaper Die Welt reported that the intervention would gain international legitimacy if the foreign intervention was requested by the new unity government that was formed last week under a UN-brokered deal.

“The only thing missing for a military intervention is the legal framework. As soon as the new Libyan unity government is formed, it can proceed. When Libya has a united and to some extent legitimate government again, then there is someone in response to whose request a western military intervention can take place within the framework of international law,” Die Welt reported.
