Surveillance State: New Israeli Facial Imaging Claims to Be Able to ID Terrorist and Pedophiles?

I know we joke a lot about national security technology becoming more and more like “Minority Report”, but folks, this is already been purchased by DHS. This is Happening. -SF

“Faception” Technology can match an individual with various personality traits and types with a high level of accuracy

A  Tel-Aviv based start-up company says it has developed a program to identify personality types such as terrorists, pedophiles, white collar offenders and even great poker players from facial analysis that takes just a fraction of a second.

Faception claims it has signed a contract with a homeland security agency to help identify terrorists, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.

Furthermore, it says it successfully identified nine of the terrorists involved in November’s terror attacks in Paris, according to the Daily Mail.

And it asserts that its technology was able to accurately classify 25 out of 27 facial images of poker players and non-poker players in a blind test.

Surprise, Surprise, The UC Merced Stabber was on Terror Watch List

As if our faith in the Federal Government and DHS could not get any lower; you be the judge, but my mind is made up: Strong evidence now exist that Federal, State and Local Govts. are all complicit in “downplaying” acts of islamic terrorism due to a FEDERAL mandate.-SF

If the information in this report is true, then Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke was deliberately lying when he told the media that this attack had nothing to do with Faisal Mohammad’s Islamic faith. What is the motive of these people? When it comes to Islamic jihad attacks, virtually all public officials downplay the Islamic aspect, obfuscate the motive, and often lie outright, all to protect Islam. What has made Islam sacrosanct so that no matter how high the stack of bodies gets, no matter how many atrocities are committed in its name and in accord with its teachings, the one thing we must not do at all costs is identify the root cause properly?

“Were Law Enforcement Leaders and UC Chancellor Aware of Threat by Terrorsits [sic]/Extremists to Attack UC Merced?,” by Matthew Gonzales, Merced TV News, November 7, 2015 (thanks to Joe):

…From the information I have gathered, the suspect was indeed not only on the FBI’s terrorist watch list but he was also on a national watch list and had been one of the topics of discussion at a recent FBI briefing to Merced County law enforcement leaders. According to recently obtained information, about 6 months ago the FBI held a terrorist/extremist briefing with Merced County law enforcement leaders. At this meeting several suspected terrorist with ISIS links were said to be here in Merced County. Names and photos were presented including one of Faisal Mohammad. Based on the FBI’s own analysis and a number of people on the terrorist watch list that are in the area they projected an attack at the UC Merced campus. Though they were not absolutely certain of the attack on the UC they did feel that there was enough information for them to be here if it did.

DHS wants Boeing to Test Brain Chip

brain

The Department of Homeland Security is funding a Boeing company to create a “brain chip” for its self-destructing Black smartphone that could be adapted for any device, DHS officials say.

The technology powering the devices potentially could identify the user’s walking style, for example. Officials would be alerted if the gait does not match the authorized user’s walk – a red flag the phone might have fallen into the wrong hands, officials said.

The “secret sauce” of the mobile device is a so-called neuromorphic computer chip that simulates human learning, Vincent Sritapan, the program manager for DHS’ mobile device security program, told Nextgov.

Gait recognition — driven by the phone’s accelerometer, GPS and the chip — is but one of many kinds of continuous ID verification intended to tighten access controls on mobile devices.

Boeing and HRL Laboratories, a software firm jointly owned by Boeing and General Motors, are partnering under a DHS project worth $2.2 million over 2.5 years.
