A Note to 2A “Moderates”

You know when it comes to Second Amendment Rights you got a whole lot of folks out there sitting on the fence in regards to how far they are willing to go to keep them.  You know the type of people I am talking about right? They often make fun of people who are “preppers” or stockpile ammo and weapons, or are vocal about standing up for their right to bear arms. These gutless cowards often call us names like “militia gun nuts” “gun crazies” “right wingers”, etc. Ironically, these are the same type of people that might file an ERPO (Red Flag Law) on you because you are acting “mentally unstable” and by that I mean you are just existing, bothering no one.

Yeah these gutless wonders love to call us names except when the government starts talking about another Assault Weapons Ban and all of a sudden “the gun crazies” are the smartest people around because they “saw it coming and prepared”….see how that works?

These “moderates” are nothing but leftist and no account cowards at heart, afraid to take a stand and take the first step toward securing their own freedom and the freedom of their children, but more than willing to let somebody else do it for them.

They are worthless and have no place in the New Republic.

Gun owners of America lawsuit heads to the supreme court

The National Firearms Act of 1934 was the beginning of the Fed Govt INFRINGING the 2A, and they have not stopped since!

It is a tremendous shame that this has to happen to a Disabled Combat Vet, but then again maybe this case will open peoples eyes to the absolute depravity of a Govt who has gone off the rails declaring war against the very citizens who have spilled blood defending it!

“January 14, 2019) — Gun Owners of America (GOA) and its litigating arm, Gun Owners Foundation (GOF), today continued their defense of Jeremy Kettler, a disabled combat veteran, against a conviction for violating the National Firearms Act.

The Obama Justice Department brought criminal felony charges against Jeremy for illegally possessing an unregistered firearm suppressor under the authority of the Kansas “Second Amendment Protection Act.”

The Kansas statute declares that any suppressor manufactured, possessed, and used within the borders of Kansas is exempt from federal law. Relying on that Kansas law, in 2014 Jeremy purchased a suppressor from a local military surplus store, but did not register it with ATF pursuant to the National Firearms Act (NFA).
