A Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) official in Hondo, Texas has been indicted on Federal charges for allegedly conspiring to provide counterfeit Texas Drivers Licenses to Illegal Aliens. A federal grand jury has issued a six-count indictment against 53-year-old Jose A. Reacting to a recent story two days ago by Breitbart Texas concerning Gulf Cartel Bosses discussing using Car Bombs in Texas Border towns, the leadership of the CDG (Gulf Cartel) responded by placing multiple banners hung on interstate bridges across the city of Reynosa stating they are not “narco-terrorist”. “We are drug dealers, not terrorist” the signs stated. The banners went on to say they (the CDG) is not responsible for the rash of kidnappings, extortions or car bombs in the area. The CDG asserts that the Mexican Government leaked the recorded phone call in the article in an attempt to smear the CDG’s name. Other banners located across the city accused Mexican Federal authorities of keeping over Eight Million Pesos and $150K American dollars that had been inside a van the authorities seized during a recent operation to try and capture the local cartel leader, Toro -Julian Loisa Salinas.
